Why join The HSP Revolution?
So often, the message in my inbox goes something like this:
“I’ve realised I’m a Highly Sensitive Person, but I don’t know anyone else like me. I’m feeling anxious and overwhelmed. I don’t know what to do. Can you help?”
I’m Dr Genevieve, and I’ve created the HSP Revolution to support Highly Sensitive People (HSPs) to connect with their gifts and find inspiration in a supportive community of others on the same journey.
My work is inspired in part by the pioneering research of Dr Elaine Aron, who brought the term HSP into widespread use. I completed Dr Aron’s online training to become an “HSP-knowledgeable” therapist in 2019 , and many of the HSPs I work with find me via her website.
What you’ll get
From January to June 2022, I’ll be sending this newsletter straight to your email every Tuesday morning. I will be covering topics like:
Owning your power
Trusting your intuition
Setting boundaries
Navigating relationships
Families
Work
Handling narcissism
Don’t worry: I won’t be bombarding you with huge slabs of text. I like to write in bite-sized chunks. And I love to hear back from HSPs on their own journey.
I’ll also be sending a monthly video check-in for the HSP Revolution community, and opening discussion threads.

The 7 Things You Do Because You Are An HSP
The 7 Things You Do Because You Are An HSP
Being a Highly sensitive person is a regular thing. You may even be at an advantage over other people because you can do some things that others cannot do, such as predicting the future and being able to carry others' emotions. Highly sensitive people make up a tiny number of the world's population, and as such, people find it hard to know them when they meet one. Here are seven things that you do as an HSP that people do not know.
