What the lackey crybullies on the right fail to understand is THEY ALREADY OWN THIS COUNTRY BY DEFAULT. Anyone who calls themselves a CONservative is shilling for the American oligarchy that is made up of wealthy elites and transnational corporations. Piece by piece they have stolen what little democracy our democratic republic had given us and are now in control. RepubliCON rank and file are either too stupid to realize that or they just don't care.
If you look up the history of modern conservatism Lewis Powell wrote the blueprint for it in his "Powell Memorandum." Powell was appointed to the Supreme Court by Richard Nixon. "Buying A Movement" does a great job of showing how conservatism was built on that memo and by the 1990's Steve Kangas goes into detail how the wealthy elites and corporations used deep state tactics to build the conservative base and grow even stronger.

Anyone who thinks the USA is a democracy or even a democratic republic needs to think again. Modern day conservatism was created by these oligarchs (wealthy elites and corporations) to take over America with most unaware it was even happening. This includes our economic and tax system that favors the wealthy elites and corporations as well as the Supreme Court. All the information and resources to prove this are hiding in plain sight. Nothing gets done unless this Conservative overclass aka "conservative overlords" wills it to be done through their bought and paid for corporate whore politicians in congress and if legally challenged their judicial whores that sit on the Supreme Court bench will make sure the oligarchs prevail. This is "fascism" pure and simple!
