While the group sessions are wonderful and allow for a greater energetically collective event, the private journeys lend more attention to each participant.
On the body vibrational sound therapy sessions integrate several modalities including: breathwork, grounding practices, and techniques that allow the bowls to be played on specific points on and off the body. These one-on-one sessions really concentrate on the various energy centers of the participant and work to restore balance to them.
