I first heard this mix on the Linda Ronstadt Fans Forum where it was posted by Hot4Daria on July 12, 2006. It is still there under the thread title "Walk Away Renee - Remix." (the whole forum is gone now) Thanks to catman for turning it into a video. Great album but this is speeded up a bit. I asked Harold (hot4daria) about the speed: "Yes, with Antares Auto-Tune and Antares Throat added to help get the overall sound and pitch to fit better. As a rule, I hate the overuse of pitch correction in pop music, but it's a necessary evil in this case."
