Attorney L. Lin Wood, who has spread countless debunked conspiracy theories regarding widespread voter fraud as part of failed attempts to overturn the 2020 presidential election for Trump, even accused a prominent QAnon supporter of being antifa.
In reality, the man pictured, who is known online as the "Shaman," has appeared at countless Trump rallies and has been interviewed by the media on numerous occasions. www.dailydot.com/debug/lizard-squad-lin-wood-conspiracy/ www.dailydot.com/debug/qanon-shaman-house-chamber-jake-angeli/
Wood, who just recently called for Vice President Mike Pence to be executed by firing squad, defended his conspiracy by claiming that all Trump supporters are peaceful.
Antifa is violent, not @realdonaldtrump supporters.
Beware MSM propaganda. MSM are liars. t.co/tItVJK0J9A
— Lin Wood (@llinwood) January 6, 2021 The Twitter account Trump Alert, which follows the Twitter activity of members of the president's family, also noted that Eric Trump liked a tweet accusing the Shaman of being antifa as well.

Trump supporters online also tried to accuse a man seen standing next to the Shaman of being antifa due to his tattoos.
Rep. Louie Gohmert (R-Texas), who was instrumental in spreading the conspiracy theory that members of the U.S. Army were killed by the CIA while raiding a secret server conducting election fraud in Germany, claimed that the man had a Communist tattoo on his hand.
"Please people; no violence. That only hurts our cause," Gohmert tweeted. "Those leading the charge like the guy in yellow with the communist hammer & sickle tattoo: stopping the violence applies to you too."
In reality, the tattoo appeared to actually be a symbol from a 2012 video game known as "Dishonored."
"There are claims that the bearded guy in this photo inside the Capitol is Antifa because of his hand tattoo," Alistair Coleman said. "It's the Outsider's Mark from the 2012 video game Dishonored. He's a gamer."

Trump supporters also circulated fake screenshots and a fake antifa flyer that has been online since at least 2017 purporting to prove that left-wing activists had planned to show up to the event.
Trump supporters' actions ultimately led to multiple arrests as well as the death of one woman, who was shot while attempting to breach the Senate chambers.

Rep. Paul Gosar: DC riot had 'hallmarks of Antifa provocation' www.fox10phoenix.com/news/rep-paul-gosar-dc-riot-had-hallmarks-of-antifa-provocation By FOX 10 StaffPublished 11 hours agoUpdated 8 hours agoPoliticsFOX 10 Phoenix
PHOENIX - In a tweet made to his personal Twitter page, Arizona Congressman Paul Gosar appears to suggest that Antifa provocateurs had a role in the riots at the United States Capitol in Washington D.C.
On Jan. 6, supporters of Donald Trump gathered in Washington D.C. for a protest over baseless claims of electoral fraud. Eventually, people stormed the U.S. Capitol Building as Congress was counting the electoral votes from November 2020's election.
On his personal Twitter account, Rep. Paul Gosar, retweeted a video posted that claims some of the individuals who stormed the Capitol Building were "dressed up and had knee pads," made a claim that the incident has "all the hallmarks of Antifa provocation," without offering any evidence to support that claim.
On his official Twitter, however, Rep Gosar struck another tone, saying, in a tweet, that protesters do not need to "get carried away," and that they are "beyond the line."
As Congress returned to the counting of electoral votes, Rep. Gosar said he will continue to object Arizona's electoral votes.
"Leftist violence - or any violence - will not deter our missing for truth and transparency," Rep. Gosar said.
While some prominent Republicans in Arizona, including Arizona Republican Party Chair Kelli Ward and GOP state lawmaker Mark Finchem, blamed inaction to address the baseless electoral fraud accusations for the riot, most have condemned the rioters for the actions.

My guess is you would have found ALL OF THOSE TRUCKS in the below video in D.C. the day of the riot.
Trump and antifa, a hate story
As Vox’s Zach Beauchamp has reported, antifa is a “loose ideological label for a subset of left-wing radicals who believe in using street-level force to prevent the rise of what they see as fascist movements.” Trump has elevated them as a foil to right-wing violent actors like the Proud Boys, repeatedly claiming that there are bad actors on “both sides” of conflicts or using them to deflect blame when criticism falls on the most extreme members of his base.
Just yesterday, Trump tweeted that “Antifa is a Terrorist Organization, stay out of Washington. Law enforcement is watching you closely,” even as reports indicated that the pro-Trump protesters could become violent.
When pro-Trump drivers attempted to run a Biden campaign bus off the road on November 1, Trump tweeted “in my opinion these patriots did nothing wrong” and instructed the FBI and the Justice Department to investigate antifa instead.

Matt Gaetz blames antifa, Democrats’ rhetoric for Capitol attack; defends Donald Trumpfloridapolitics.com/archives/392939-matt-gaetz-blames-antifa-democrats-rhetoric-for-capitol-attack-defends-donald-trump Rioters ‘masquerading as Trump supporters,’ Gaetz said. ByScott PowersonJanuary 6, 2021
In a post-riot debate in which most Republicans and Democrats in the House of Representatives dialed back rhetoric regarding the challenge to Joe Biden‘s election, Republican Matt Gaetz went another way.
In a late-night, fiery defense of President Donald Trump and condemnation of the 2020 presidential election, the Fort Walton Beach congressman blamed Democrats’ rhetoric and antifa for the attack on the U.S. Capitol. And he denounced the presidential election as rife with systematic fraud.
Gaetz, long one of Trump’s most ardent defenders, was one of the few Republicans who explicitly defended him Wednesday night. After the riots had changed how most were feeling, most other Republicans who spoke in the evening debate, even those objecting to Biden’s victory, took measured approaches, calling for unity and understanding of one another’s positions.
Gaetz came sounding angry at Democrats, not rioters.
He even disavowed Trump of any blame for the storming of the Capitol, which almost everyone else attributed to people who supported Trump and were angry because they believed his claims that the election was stolen. They had headed to the Capitol after hearing Trump rail against the election and Democrats and after he told them to go there, during a morning rally near the White House.
Nope, Gaetz contended. People were angry because Democrats’ rhetoric fired them up, Gaetz suggested. And he suggested that members of the shadowy, left-wing, anti-fascist group antifa may have led the charge.
“This morning, President Trump explicitly called for demonstrations and protests to be peaceful. He was far more — you can moan and groan — but he was far more explicit about his calls for peace than some of the BLM and left-wing rioters were this summer when we saw violence sweep across this nation,” Gaetz said.
“Now we came here today to debate, to follow regular order to, to offer an objection, to follow a process that is expressly contemplated in our Constitution. And for doing that, we’ve been called a bunch of seditious traitors. … And when those things are said, people get angry,” Gaetz said.
And the antifa?
“I don’t know if the reports are true, but the Washington Times has just reported some pretty compelling evidence from a facial-recognition company showing that some of the people who breached the Capitol today were not Trump supporters. They were masquerading as Trump supporters. And in fact, they were members of the violent terrorist group, antifa,” Gaetz said.
Gaetz rose to object to the seating of electors from Arizona. The matter was voted down overwhelmingly in the House as scores of Republicans joined all Democrats in voting against it. The question also lost in the in the Senate, where only six Republicans voted to object. The final vote in the House was 121-303. All of the votes in favor of the challenge came from Republicans.
“States that do not run clean elections should be stripped of their electors,” Gaetz said. “This fraud was systemic. It was repeated. It was the same system, and I dare say it was effective.”
