This is what you call "self-policing" and is something many of our police departments need more of. Policing is an awful job and those hired need to be psychologically tested beforehand. Too many former military are hired and if you know anything about the military mindset it is all about killing their perceived enemy. Protesters are NOT the enemy. Just read the Constitution.
