All three seasons are now available to stream on Spotify and the museum’s website
NASHVILLE, Tenn., – Sept. 14, 2021 – Season three of the Country Music Hall of Fame®and Museum’s Voices in the Hall podcast is now available to stream in its entirety on Spotify and the museum’s website.
The podcast’s third season includes in-depth interviews with artists the Cactus Blossoms, Steve Dorff, Duane Eddy, Mark Knopfler, Ashley McBryde, Delbert McClinton, Molly Tuttle and Aaron Watson.
Voices in the Hall features music’s most intriguing and notable performers engaged in unscripted and undistracted conversations – examining how artists recognize, embrace and develop their own creative voice as they navigate their careers.
The museum’s senior director, producer and writer, Peter Cooper, who has been interviewing music greats for more than a quarter-century, hosts the series, which supplements the conversations with musical recordings to enrich the stories and bring each episode to vibrant life.
In addition, all episodes from the first two seasons have been re-released on Spotify. Previous episodes, which are also available on the museum’s website, feature Dierks Bentley, Kane Brown, Rosanne Cash, Emmylou Harris, Nick Lowe, Linda Ronstadt and many more.
“Voices in the Hall is a window into the hearts and minds of some of the world’s most interesting and creative people,” said Cooper. “This podcast is about the ways in which people reveal themselves through music. You’ll hear master musicians at their most honest and their most vulnerable, explaining what was thought to be unexplainable.”
Episodes are recorded in the museum’s audio lab by Alan Stoker, the museum’s curator of recorded sound and a Grammy-winning engineer. The series is produced by Ben Manilla and Jennie Cataldo of BMP Audio. Episodes and full interviews are also preserved in the museum’s archives in perpetuity.
