Trump tweet: Nobody blamed Obama for Sandy Hook Dylan StablefordSenior Editor,Yahoo News•August 6, 2019 www.yahoo.com/now/trump-tweets-fox-and-friends-obama-sandy-hook-131727276.html
President Trump on Tuesday responded to the criticism he’s been receiving in the wake of the deadly mass shootings in El Paso, Texas, and Dayton, Ohio, over the weekend by quoting “Fox & Friends” co-hosts, who argued that former President Barack Obama was not treated as harshly.
On Monday, Obama released a lengthy statement calling for stricter gun control while condemning “language coming out of the mouths of any of our leaders that feeds a climate of fear and hatred or normalizes racist sentiments.” The statement did not mention Trump by name, but was interpreted as a dig at the 45th president, whose anti-immigrant rhetoric was mimicked in a manifesto posted by the alleged shooter in El Paso.
“‘Did George Bush ever condemn President Obama after Sandy Hook,’” Trump tweeted, quoting Fox host Brian Kilmeade. “‘President Obama had 32 mass shootings during his reign. Not many people said Obama is out of Control. Mass shootings were happening before the President even thought about running for Pres.’”
“‘It’s political season and the election is around the corner,’” the president continued, this time quoting Ainsley Earhardt. “‘They want to continue to push that racist narrative.’”
After the quotes, Trump added a message from himself: “And I am the least racist person.”

(Photo illustration: Yahoo News; photos: AP, Pablo Martinez Monsivais/AP) More On Saturday morning, a gunman killed 22 people and injured more than two dozen others at a Walmart in El Paso. Just 13 hours later, another gunman killed nine people and wounded dozens more in downtown Dayton. While officials have not conclusively determined the motives behind the attacks, the El Paso shooting is being investigated as a possible hate crime.
In his first formal statement on the killings, Trump condemned “racism, bigotry and white supremacy” while blaming the internet, video games and “mental illness” for the massacres. He also called for the nation to put aside partisan bickering.
He did not, however, mention gun control in his remarks, which were delivered via teleprompter from the Diplomatic Reception Room of the White House, 33 hours after the shootings in Dayton.
Trump is expected to visit El Paso and Dayton on Wednesday.
During his presidency, Obama addressed the nation after mass shootings more than a dozen times, earning him the nickname consoler in chief. The day of the massacre at Sandy Hook Elementary School in Newtown, Conn., where 26 people, including 20 children, were killed, Obama teared up while making a statement from the White House Briefing Room.
Two days later, after meeting privately with the families, he gave an emotional speech in Newtown on what he would later call the toughest day of his presidency.
“I still consider the day I traveled up to Newtown to meet with parents and address that community as the toughest day of my presidency,” Obama said in 2017. “It’s the only time I ever saw Secret Service cry.”

I've got to hand it to Brian Kilmeade, he's not very good with numbers, especially when it comes to Obama and mass shootings. Kilmeade was ( deliberately) off by a ton: Only six mass shootings occurred during the ninety-six months that The Colored Guy was in office, which is not to diminish in any way the loss of lives in those shootings. But in the thirty-seven months that Trump has been in office, we have had at least seven mass shootings, with a death toll in the triple digits; and in all but the Dayton tragedy (so far), they have all involved a combination of high-power weaponry, racism, and Trump's own big asthmatic mouth. There! I rest my case.

Trump tweet: Nobody blamed Obama for Sandy Hook He is so god damned oblivious and the stupidity is frustrating.. .. Somebody needs to sit his fat ass down and explain to him.. no better yet just show him everything he has said and done or play back one of his more recent hate rallies where he calls mexican immigrants invaders and one of his cult member yells out "shoot em," then he laughs and jokes, only in the pan handle. I don't know who is dumber him or the idiots who continue to follow him and make stupid idiotic moronic comparisons like he does.

this could send Trump over the edge....Trump’s future New York address: 725 President Barack H. Obama Ave.? More than 420,000 people are pushing for itPublished: Aug 18, 2019 4:26 p.m. ET www.marketwatch.com/story/trumps-future-new-york-address-725-president-barack-h-obama-ave-almost-300000-people-are-pushing-for-it-2019-08-15?siteid=yhoof2&yptr=yahoo
Donald Trump, clearly no fan of Barack Obama, has spent much of his presidency trying to blow up his popular predecessor’s legacy.
That’s what makes this trolling effort so irresistible for more than 420,000 Obama supporters who have signed a Moveon.org petition to slap the former president’s name on the block of Fifth Avenue in New York City where you’ll find Trump Tower, home to the president’s gilded, three-story penthouse.
“The City of Los Angeles recently honored former President Barack Obama by renaming a stretch of the 134 Freeway near Downtown L.A. in his honor,” the petition’s creator Elizabeth Rowin wrote. “We request the New York City Mayor and City Council do the same by renaming a block of Fifth Avenue after the former president whose many accomplishments include: saving our nation from the Great Recession; serving two completely scandal-free terms in office; and taking out Osama bin Laden, the mastermind behind September 11th, which killed over 3,000 New Yorkers.”
Rowin’s petition was launched back in December after she saw a comedian joke about the idea, but it really took off this week after this tweet went viral.
Donaldo @donaldmackenz30 Trump Fact:
New Yorkers don't like Trump.
They have started a petition to request that the stretch of Fifth Avenue between 56th and 59th be renamed President Barack H. Obama Avenue.
If it gets the green light, Trump Tower will have a new address.
Poetic justice or what...?
126K 11:32 AM - Aug 10, 2019 Twitter Ads info and privacy 29.3K people are talking about this Rowin told CBS News that, of course, she didn’t think it would happen, though some city council members have said they would look into it.
“I think it would be fabulous. I think people feel kind of helpless right now, and it’s a way to troll him,” said Rowin, who lives in Los Angeles. “If he does hear about it, maybe it would slow him down and distract him.”
New York City Council Speaker Corey Johnson explained to CBS, however, that he isn’t convinced this would be the best idea. “The Obamas epitomize class, dedication to public service and respect for the Oval Office,” he said. “I’m pretty confident we can find a better way to honor the greatest president of my lifetime than by trolling the worst president of my lifetime.”

Unfortunately for Bullshitticus Trump, there is no evidence of law breaking or corruption to draw Congressional Oversight investigations against Barack Obama, while there is considerable evidence available to show that Trump did in fact break US laws as POTUS and what makes it even more laughable is that all this riff-raff rhetoric coming from Trump, shows a tinge of jealousy on Trump's behalf, as he works to dismantle even more Obama era legislation; as Trump continues to deal with the fall out of the Obama era presidency being more popular and well respected, while Trump's presidency seems to be "locked in chaos mode" and bogged down in it's own self inflicted crisis situations!Trump Suggests That Congress Investigate Obama’s ‘Ridiculous Netflix Deal’The Wrap Lindsey Ellefson,The Wrap 4 hours ago www.yahoo.com/entertainment/trump-suggests-congress-investigate-obama-142100310.html
President Donald Trump on Monday suggested that the House Judiciary Committee should redirect its efforts from questions about his own business operations and potential conflicts of interest to those of his predecessor, Barack Obama.
“House Judiciary has given up on the Mueller Report, sadly for them after two years and $40,000,000 spent – ZERO COLLUSION, ZERO OBSTRUCTION. So they say, OK, lets look at everything else, and all of the deals that ‘Trump’ has done over his lifetime,” Trump tweeted. But it doesn’t….”

“But it doesn’t…work that way. I have a better idea. Look at the Obama Book Deal, or the ridiculous Netflix deal. Then look at all the deals made by the Dems in Congress, the ‘Congressional Slush Fund,’ and lastly the IG Reports. Take a look at them. Those investigations would be over FAST!” he concluded.
A White House representative did not immediately respond to request for comment on what aspect of Obama’s forthcoming book or his new Netflix partnership the president feels should be investigated.
In addition, despite Trump’s assertion the House Judiciary Committee continues to investigate Russian interference in the 2016 election. Last week the panel voted to seek former special counsel Robert Mueller’s most sensitive materials, including evidence and testimony from a grand jury, as part of its inquiry.
A representative for the the former president and First Lady Michelle Obama did not immediately respond to a request for response.

And who among us is shocked by this? (he asked rhetorically). Trump has never had an approval rating of 50% or higher at any time during his presidency (except with polls that slant starboard), while Obama left office on January 20, 2017 with 58% approval. More jealousy from the mango-headed monstrosity from Manhattan.

Can we get a SUPPORT CLOWN to assist this president???Trump says he deserves the Nobel Peace Prize David KnowlesEditor,Yahoo News•September 23, 2019
President Trump told reporters at the United Nations Monday that while he was deserving of a Nobel Peace Prize, he didn’t expect to be awarded one.
“I think I’m going to get a Nobel Prize for a lot of things, if they gave it out fairly, which they don’t,” Trump said following a bilateral meeting with Pakistani Prime Minister Imran Khan.
As do many U.S. conservatives, Trump then voiced frustration that former President Barack Obama received the award in 2009.
“Well, they gave one to Obama immediately upon his ascent to the presidency and he had no idea why he got it,” Trump said despite not being asked about his predecessor.
“You know what, that was the only thing I agreed with him on.”

Obama was awarded the Nobel Peace Prize more than a year and a half into his first term of office. In its announcement, the committee said it was giving it to Obama “for his extraordinary efforts to strengthen international diplomacy and cooperation between peoples,” and singled out his “vision of and work for a world without nuclear weapons.”
In his acceptance speech, Obama noted that it was unusual that he was receiving the prize at the beginning of his presidential term.
“Compared to some of the giants of history who have received this prize —Schweitzer and King, Marshall and Mandela — my accomplishments are slight,” Obama said.
But Obama also noted that “throughout history, the Nobel Peace Prize has not just been used to honor specific achievement. It’s also been used as a means to give momentum to a set of causes, and that’s why I will accept this award as a call to action — a call for all nations to confront the common challenges of the 21st century.”

Donald Trump is an amazing sight with his lush head of hair and muscular athletic build. Once he starts speaking with his encyclopedic vocabulary and in the most articulate way, world leaders cower in his presence. A firm grasp and handshake from his huge strong hands create total submission. He is considered one of the worlds greatest business men also. Couple that with his undying commitment to his marital vows, faithfulness, and loyalty to his bride Melania, also let us not forget about his exemplary military service to our nation, then you can see, America truly has elected the perfect leader.
This just in: President Donald Trump today signed an Executive Order repealing the 22nd amendment, telling reporters he "needs to be Permanent President to finish Making America Great Again". Sources say WH aides are struggling with how to tell President Trump that it doesn't work that way. Mike Pompeo was unavailable for comment as he took an impromptu trip to Greece at the last minute. Attorney General William Barr's office told reporters he was "unavailable for comment at the time". Lindsey Graham immediately made a statement expressing his outrage at Trump's action. 5 hours later, he praised Trump saying "He's thinking outside the box."Trump blames Constitution's ‘phony Emoluments Clause’ for G-7 debacle Dylan Stableford 13 hours ago www.yahoo.com/news/trump-g-7-phony-emoluments-clause-doral-182735075.html
President Trump on Monday defended the initial decision to host next year’s G-7 summit at his golf resort near Miami, dismissing concerns that he would have personally profited from the event and deriding “this phony Emoluments Clause” in the Constitution.
On Saturday, Trump abruptly reversed the plan — announced just two days earlier by his acting chief of staff, Mick Mulvaney — to hold the next Group of Seven world leaders’ meeting at Trump National Doral.
“I would have given it for nothing,” Trump said before a Cabinet meeting Monday. “The Democrats went crazy, even though I would have done it free.”
Mulvaney said last Thursday the resort, one of Trump’s most valuable properties, would have hosted the three-day summit in June “at cost.”
The Washington Post pointed out that the Doral, whose profitability has fallen since Trump became president, is typically less than 40 percent occupied in June, but the website listed all 643 rooms as fully booked from May 31 to June 15, presumably in anticipation of the business.
Before taking office, Trump said he would turn over his business to a trust administered by his family and business associates, and he posed with a desk piled with papers that he claimed ratified that arrangement. Mulvaney did not explain how his boss could promise the use of his resort for free or at cost if he no longer managed it directly, but in an interview on Fox News Sunday Mulvaney observed that “at the end of the day he still considers himself to be in the hospitality business.”
Democrats weren’t the only ones raising concerns that the plan would have violated the Emoluments Clause, which prohibits government officials from receiving gifts or payments from foreign governments.
“Holding the G-7 at a Trump property is one of the most foolish, unseemly things the [White House] could do,” Ari Fleischer, former press secretary for President George W. Bush, tweeted after the initial plan was announced. “The President enjoys waiving red flags in front of bulls, but this fight isn’t worth it.”
Trump dismissed the idea that he could be subject to such constraints.
“You people with this phony Emoluments Clause,” the president said.

Critics said that even if Trump didn’t profit directly from the event, hosting the prestigious meeting of heads of state represents an enormous branding opportunity for Trump’s resort business.
Trump dismissed that criticism, too.
“I don’t need promotion. I don’t need promotion,” Trump said, adding: “It would have been the best G-7 ever.”
Trump then wondered aloud why there was no uproar when former President Barack Obama signed deals for book and television projects.
“Obama made a deal for a book. Did he run a business?” Trump asked reporters. “He has a deal with Netflix. When did they start talking about that?”
Barack and Michelle Obama signed a joint book deal for a reported $65 million in March 2017, two months after Trump’s inauguration; they signed production deal with Netflix in May 2018 — more than a year after leaving office.
Trump touted the decision to donate his $400,000 annual presidential salary to charity as proof he doesn’t care about profiting from the office.
He also falsely claimed no president other than him has refused a salary; Presidents Herbert Hoover and John F. Kennedy donated theirs.
Meanwhile, Trump estimated it has cost him $2 billion to $5 billion “between what I lose and what I could’ve made” to be president.
“I don’t care,” he said. “If you’re rich it doesn’t matter.”

Apart from Trump getting booed at Nationals Park, the matter of killing that ISIS leader--or rather the ISIS leader suiciding himself--is that it is all an indication that Trump hadn't come anywhere close to eliminating ISIS before this happened; and it is my opinion that the raid and the suicide may have actually emboldened ISIS to strike back, either directly against our troops, who have been told by the Cheeto-in-Chief to protect the f***ing oil fields instead of the Kurdish fighters that have actually done most of the fighting and dying against ISIS, or perhaps with one of their ISIS cells mounting some kind of terrorist attack here in America. GREAT JOB, MEIN F***ENFUHRER!Oil fields and $ seem to take precedence in Republican World.

Obama finally punches back.Barack Obama Takes Rare Public Swipe At Donald Trump Over Coronavirus ResponseHuffPost Lee Moran,HuffPost•April 1, 2020
Former President Barack Obama on Tuesday called out President Donald Trump’s haphazard and widely criticized handling of the coronavirus pandemic, urging voters to “demand better of our government.” www.huffpost.com/news/topic/barack-obama www.huffpost.com/news/topic/donald-trump www.huffpost.com/news/topic/coronavirus
“We’ve seen all too terribly the consequences of those who denied warnings of a pandemic,” Obama tweeted. “We can’t afford any more consequences of climate denial. All of us, especially young people, have to demand better of our government at every level and vote this fall,” he added.
Obama, who has rarely attacked Trump since leaving office in 2016, did not mention the current commander in chief by name in the tweet.
However, Trump has been fiercely rebuked over his initial downplaying of the threat of the virus. He has previously called climate change a “hoax” and his administration has pursued an anti-environment agenda.
Trump has also sought to blame Obama for his own government’s botched response to the public health crisis that has sickened more than 188,000 people in the U.S. and killed upwards of 4,000. The U.S. now has more confirmed coronavirus cases than any other country in the world. www.huffpost.com/entry/trump-blame-obama_n_5e792a45c5b6f5b7c5498de1
